This policy explains what collects when you use .
Your label files stay on your device
Label PDFs and Excel files you open in the app are processed inside your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see customer names, addresses or orders in them.
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address and Google account ID.
- When you buy a plan: your mobile number, the plan, amount, order ID and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Cashfree Payments, not by us.
- Account dates: when you signed up, last used the app, and when your trial or plan ends.
- On your device only: your app settings (sort options, business name, QR link) are saved in your browser.
How we use it
To sign you in, run your trial and plan, process payments, send receipts and answer support requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies
We use one sign-in cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. Google and Cashfree may set their own cookies during sign-in and payment.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep account and payment records while your account is in use and as long as tax law requires. To delete your account, email us from your sign-in address.
