Refunds and cancellation

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds on monthly, yearly or lifetime plans, whether used fully, partly or not at all.

Try before you pay

Every new account gets a 3-day free trial with every feature. Please use it to check that Label Cropper works with your own Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon label files before you buy.

Cancellation

Plans are prepaid and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Monthly and yearly access simply ends when the plan's days run out.

Payment problems

• Money deducted but payment failed: a failed payment is reversed to your account by your bank or Cashfree Payments, usually within 5–7 working days. This is not a refund from us.
• Paid but plan not active: email us with your order ID and we will activate the plan you paid for.
• Paid twice: each successful payment adds its plan time to your account.
